the room was spacious and clean i requested a double or twin room. location was perfect for me it was near the airport. sm moa is just a short walk away. the staff was helpful with directions.
the air conditioning unit was a bit loud it made a slight thumping noise.

The location is very convenient. jollibee and a convenience store are right outside. mall of asia is within walking distance. I found that excellent.
The breakfast lacked variety. I had nearly the same food throughout my stay. the wash basin was clogged. Housekeeping was informed, but no action was taken. the shower water flow was also weak. It was not ideal.

the location was very convenient i could easily walk to nearby restaurants. the staff were always helpful and quick to respond to my requests. my room had a microwave and a kettle which was really useful for preparing small meals and drinks.
some of the floor tiles were damaged which gave a slightly negative impression.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and well-kept. Room service was prompt and the food was AMAZING!!! I appreciated the proximity to the Mall of Asia. It was a short walk. The pool towels provided were a nice touch.
The floor tiles showed some wear and tear.

the room size was big. all necessary items were available. the staff at the entrance hall were friendly. there is also a seven-eleven next to the hotel.
i waited a long time for extra towels. i had to call the reception three times. the noise from outside was annoying. breakfast needed more variety.
